A sound bath is like having your body ’bathed’ or ’washed’ with sound vibrations of different
frequencies. These calming frequencies aid relaxation, deep rest and healing. Sound baths are
wonderful to enjoy for their calming and soothing effects on the nervous system and mind, and
through this relaxation, the body has the capacity to rest and heal itself.
Sound Healing Sessions
Specific sound healing instruments are used to create various frequencies to promote the
natural healing responses in body, mind and soul through relaxation of the nervous system and
rebalancing the body’s natural rhythm.nd bath.
